How can we celebrate Dance in times of confinement? How to mark its Day without a stage which embraces all the physical and empathic dimension of this art? How to celebrate an art which points towards the horizon, but now from home, in a digital stage, which is where “life happens” nowadays?

With these questions in mind, and in the framework of the International Dance Day, DDD’s main producer Teatro Municipal do Porto (TMP) will broadcast Marco da Silva Ferreira’s show Brother on April 29, at 9 pm in the facebook page of TMP (facebook.com/teatromunicipaldoporto).

Brother is an encounter with the universe of the Portuguese dancer and choreographer throughout the movements which turned his performance into a moment of artistic, cultural and collective celebration.

Brother was presented at the 3rd DDD (April 2018) at the Auditório Municipal de Gaia.
