Ana Rita Teodoro has carried out her choreographic research based on studies about and experiments with butoh dance, especially the work of Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno. In this workshop, the artist will share butoh’s historical context, and put forward practices associated with the development of a butoh body and a butoh dance.
