Physical accessibility of buildings
For each event, we indicate the conditions of access to rooms and activities for wheelchair users. If you have any questions, please write to us at bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt .
Accessibility for neurodivergent people
Whenever possible, we also provide other useful information on each event page, such as the presence of strobe lights. If you are extremely sensitive to light, sound or other stimuli, please contact us for more details: bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt.
Portuguese Sign Language Interpretation (ILGP)
Some sessions feature LGP interpretation, integrated into the scene whenever possible. In certain cases, the interpretation may be located at the side of the stage.

Accessibility for people with visual impairment
Accessibility for people with visual impairment In the sessions with audio description, signalled with the symbol [AD], the performances become more accessible to people with visual impairment. This practice consists of the live description of the visual content of the performance, using individual headphones. If you need this equipment, ask the ushers for headphones. In these sessions, one hour before the start of the performance, people with visual impairment are given a moment to recognize the stage. If you prefer, you can inform us of your participation at bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt.
Audio description
Audio description allows people with visual impairments to access the visual content of shows through headphones. Sessions with audio description are marked with this symbol AD on each show's page. Braille information can be requested at the box office.
One hour before the start, there is a moment to familiarise yourself with the stage. If you prefer, you can inform us of your participation at this time by emailing bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt .
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 74/2007, properly identified assistance animals are allowed, including in the performance halls. You may be asked to show the relevant identification card. Please contact us in advance if you are attending these sessions or if you are accompanied by an assistance animal/guide dog.
