Ana Renata Polónia develops her artistic work between architecture and performative arts. She concluded her Master in Architecture (FAUP, Porto) in 2009, with the thesis "3 danças para 1 arquiteto", having in 2015 attended the Advanced Training in Choreographic Creation and Interpretation at Companhia Instável and, in 2017, the Specialized Training Course in Scenography (EAUM, Guimarães).

Between 2013 and 2017, she actively participated in the desNORTE group, a choreographic sharing platform. Since 2012, she starts developing her own creations or in collaboration with other artists: A Dimensão Oculta de Renata Polónia (2012, Best Portuguese Film - InShadow), MESA (2014-2016), YEBORATH (2015-2017), ONEby1 (2015-2019), CARROSSEL (2017-2019), KAMA (2020-2021).

She has collaborated as an interpreter with Alice Gonçalves, Willi Dorner, Vera Mota, Catarina Miranda and Jonathan Saldanha, Cristina Planas Leitão and Jasmina Krizaj, Luísa Saraiva and Alejandro Russo.
