Chiara Bartl-Salvi is a Vienna-based choreographer, performer, and visual artist whose practice blurs the boundaries between movement, sound, and visual art. Trained in Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, she brings a sculptural sensitivity to stage architecture. Central to her work is the shoe, functioning as an active tool that links gesture, rhythm, and light. Her recent performance Heat Island premiered at Tanzquartier Wien as part of the Rakete program. Bartl-Salvi’s performances create immersive spaces where dance, visual art, and pop culture collide.
