Cláudia
Marisa is adjunct professor at ESMAE, integrated researcher at the Sociology
Institute of the University of Porto. and holds a PhD in Human Motricity -
Dance, with a master's degree in Sociology of Art, a BA in Theater (ESMAE /
1996), a degree in Sociology and a diploma in dance.
She regularly publishes on aesthetics and spectacle analysis. Since 1989 she
develops artistic activity as Director, Choreographer and Performer in collaboration
with numerous theaters and festivals. Among her most recent works as a
choreographer are Cânticos dos Cânticos (2017); Re-Sonancias (2015); Ordo Virtutum (2015); Eurydice after Orpheus (2013); Speciosa,
Dolorosa (2013) and Metamorphoses (2012).
