Luís Filipe Coelho Antunes is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Porto (FCUP) and Data Protection Officer of the National Data Protection Commission.
 

Director of the Competence Centre for Cybersecurity and Privacy of the University of Porto. Member of the Scientific Council and Vice-Chairman of the Representatives Council of FCUP. Member of the General Council of the University of Porto. 

He is responsible for subjects and courses in the area of ethics, cybersecurity and data protection. His exposure leads him to be periodically invited to television programs and national and international lectures. 

Founding partner of companies Healthy Systems, Adyta and TekPrivacy, which are spin offs of the the Univesity of Porto.

He collaborates regularly with the National Security Office, the National Data Protection Commission and the Attorney General's Office in the area of cybercrime.
