António Oliveira is a multidisciplinary creator and performer and completed training in street theatre (Artistic Specialisation Course in Street Theatre at ACE, Porto 2001 European Capital of Culture and FAIAR – Marseille), dance (he attended the Research and Choreographic Creation Course at Fórum Dança, and studied contact improvisation with Dieter Heitkamp and Kurt Koegel, capoeira and martial arts), circus (training and intensive research on juggling and object manipulation with Nikolaus Maria Holz and the Gandini Juggling Project, and on clown and aerial dance with different techniques and teachers: Armelle Devignon, João Paulo and Sofia Figueiredo), and rhythm/percussion (continuous study and research on Eastern, African, Brazilian and traditional Portuguese percussion).
He is a founding member of the cultural association RADAR 360º.
