REGAÇO

I collect from the inside out, in the hope of finding it.

I parade my own memories and recover it through touch.

I face space as a cradle, a shelter for the body.

I move forward in search of it.

I cradle it.

I find a deep stability, a place—or a feeling—of home.

I sleep with a warm body

I wake up with a wet face I stretch, dry myself,

and wish it returns to be used again.

— Rafael Ferreira

m.other

A rite of affirmation. A queer crossing.
Here, dance is survival and desire.
It is politics and pleasure.
It is a public body and an intimate prayer.
A body that fights, celebrates and cares.
This is how we resist.
Do you see me? — ELLA HEART
