A choreography for three dancers by Tânia Carvalho.
Variations on two sequences of distinct movement, for two different elements, through which each of them outlines a new design in space (contained harmony). Conjugation of a third element, divergent from the preceding two, with some of the variations on the two sequences of distinct movement (nonsensicalharmony).

Tânia Carvalho’s creative work shifts between choreography and music, dance and design. She was born in 1976 in Viana do Castelo (Portugal) where she began studying dance. In the 1990s, she studied at the Escola Superior de Arte de Design (Caldas da Rainha), Escola Superior de Dança de Lisboa and Fórum Dança (Lisbon). At the turn of the century, she began performing her first two pieces of choreography. From then on, she has developed an artistic career marked by the rhythm of versatility and mystery, often moving from choreography into musical composition. Tânia Carvalho has therefore established herself as an artist whose power of expressiontranscends a single language, creating intersections between various areas such as dance and film, music and the visual arts. With an almost 20-year career behind her, her work is performed and co-produced by centres of choreography all around the world.
