The inevitable flamenco dancer honours his Andalusian origins.

"Pinacendá" means "Andalusia" in the Romani language. This performance is a tour across each and all of the Andalusian provinces through Farruquito’s ball. The experiences of a Gipsy who loves art and his region. Heir to a true flamenco dynasty, Farruquito is the son of singerEl Moreno [Juan Fernandez Flores] and dancer La Farruca [Rosario Montoya Manzano], and the grandson of the great El Farruco. “Se baila como se es” [One dances as one is], his grandfather used to remind him. In “Pinacendá”, Farruquito feels more identified than ever: “Andalusia means everything to me. I was born and I lived in Seville. I’m faithful to the way of living of this region. I am who I am largely due to this land and to the people with whom I crossed paths. And I say it again: it means everything to me. Because there’s something above one’s profession, and that is one’s true self. As I see it, it must be one’s twin brother as an artist.” In this awarded performance, the flamenco star shows his love for Andalusia and how it influences the way he dances.
